Why Cura Solutions Training and Development?
…Because it’s Not Your Run Of the Mill Training
We have all attended training workshops in our professional careers, whether they were leadership training, customer service training, or business development training, they were all pretty much the same in terms of structure and delivery. We were expected to give up anywhere between one and 5 full days to attend the training, putting an incredible amount of strain on our organization, our workload and our co-workers. While at the training we were bombarded with enough information and material to confuse even the most organized mind. By the end of the training, we were lucky if we retained even ten percent of the material. We may have left the course jazzed up and ready to set the world on fire but within a week or two of the training reverted back to the way we always did things, leaving us and our company only marginally better off for taking the training…if at all. The end result was a huge investment of time and money with very little return in the long run.
